Who You Are

As a high-performing Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our Sales Team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and presenting those tactics to upper management.

Job Description:

· Design and implement strategic sales plans.

· Manage, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of team.

· Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecasts to upper management.

· Review processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement.

· Build and promote strong customer relations to encourage brand loyalty.

· Coordinate with Marketing Team on lead generation.

· Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

Skills candidate must possess:

· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

· Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets as a Sales Manager.

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

· Ability to communicate effectively over multiple channels (phone, email, etc.).

· Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

· Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
